Join our team as an HR intern. This is a paid internship that will support the HR team and other managers in the facility through various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
Build relationships within the community (high schools/tech schools/resource groups/etc.)
Assists in employee training, new hire benefit orientation and exit process, open enrollment etc.
Assists in payroll auditing to confirm compliance
Involved in the recruitment and selection process such as screening, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
Coordinates miscellaneous programs including banquets, picnics, attendance and recognition awards, etc.
Assists in HR projects
Support HR in resolving employee concerns and inquiries
Assist in maintaining employee records and files
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
