Job Summary

This position is responsible for accessing, manipulating and using healthcare data in various marketing & sales tools as well as business collateral. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, creating and fulfilling standardized and production-based reports and materials to support sales and marketing communication efforts. Handling special projects and operational reporting.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree OR 4 years of Reporting or Data Analytics experience.
  • Experience analyzing reports and interpreting data.
  • Project management experience.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience multi-tasking.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with dental benefits and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics experience including Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media advertising and traffic analysis.
  • Power BI and data visualization skills.

This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
