About the team

As the go-to-market team, we package Worldpay for Business products and propositions to be commercially ready. Our mission is to engage with teams across the business to execute the launch of these products and solutions, driving cross-functional collaboration, to facilitate Worldpay's and our merchants' financial and operational success.

What you will be doing

As the Senior Go-to-Market Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key strategic initiatives and the achievement of related business objectives. This person will own the GTM strategy, planning and execution for the U.S., by partnering with senior level leaders from various departments. The ideal candidate is a project management focused, enthusiastic, and collaborative leader that has experience with matrixed cross-functional leadership. This person exhibits the ability to both influence and command. This leader is an integral part of our growth strategy.

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM objectives for high priority product launches; ensure alignment with organization business objectives
  • Cross-Functional leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross organizational teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Solutions Consulting to ensure successful execution of GTM plans
  • Program Management: Oversee all aspects of GTM program execution including resource dependencies and timeline management. Identify and mitigate risks to key milestones
  • Product Marketing: Create value-proposition messaging and content; create plans for distribution and packaging, working with design team to perfect
  • Maintain Best Practice: Enhance and maintain a GTM playbook that outlines best practices, processes, and templates for successful program execution. Update and improve the playbook with lessons learned which are shared across the organization
  • Performance Management: Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities
  • Communication and Reporting: Act as central contact for programs ensuring clear and consistent communication across the organization. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership, leading business cadence of annual/quarterly/weekly planning and course correction sessions

Qualification/Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the areas of Program Management, Product Management, Go-to-Market, or Product Marketing with a track record of successful programs

Added bonus if you have:

  • Payments industry experience
  • Led strategy development and execution
  • Finance business partner experience
  • PMI Certification
  • eComm and omni-comm experience
  • Technology or engineering background

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
