How you'll make an impact:

As a pivotal member of the Wireless Connectivity team and working closely with the automotive partnerships, product, and engineering teams, you will be instrumental in refining and executing SiriusXM's connectivity strategy. Your role will involve managing key programs and initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving the future outlook of our connectivity landscape.

What you'll do:

Program and Initiative Management:

  • Collaborate with the product team and automotive partnership teams to oversee key programs tied to SiriusXM's core products.

  • Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of connectivity-related projects, meeting or exceeding defined objectives.

Connectivity Strategy Refinement:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to refine SiriusXM's connectivity strategy

  • Continuously assess industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Portfolio Management:

  • Define, refine, and manage the portfolio of partners, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with SiriusXM's technical and strategic priorities.

  • Collaborate with the Technology team and other internal departments to optimize the portfolio for maximum impact.

Partnership Management:

  • Manage relationships with partners, including those in the wireless space, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful alignment.

  • Collaborate closely with internal partner teams to enhance overall connectivity and streaming capabilities.

Strategic Outlook:

  • Play a key role in evaluating opportunities in the automotive and streaming landscapes relative to SiriusXM's strategy and vision

  • Contribute to the development of a future-focused strategic outlook, positioning SiriusXM as a leader in the evolving connectivity landscape.

What you'll need:

  • Solid understanding of streaming/technical business models & external partnership management experience (i.e., wireless carriers)

  • Bachelor's Degree, Masters and/or Executive Management Program Degree preferred

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise business development, sales or customer success

  • Demonstrated track record of overseeing strategy, analysis & business process - specifically around intake, guidance/management & framework evolution

  • Understanding of networking and transport (preferably satellite and IP)

  • Business-oriented, understanding the key business drivers of the company and how individual programs contribute to the overall success of our business plan

  • Excellent executive presence (both internally & with external partners)

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $134,000 to $199,900 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
