We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing lead for our All in One program. First and foremost you are the voice of the customer, you understand what value realization is for the customer and the business. You will team up with the program to define the GTM strategy. You are outcome-driven, not output-driven, and will need to bring this mindset to each customer segment of the program. You are responsible for the creation and distribution of the All in One core value position, communicating this position inside the company to product and sales and outside the company to key customers and influencers.

Team Lead of Product and Portfolio Marketing

Your responsibilities

  • Talk to customers - Conduct comprehensive user and market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, understand persona, and uncover opportunities
  • Being the ambassador that connects customer and market insights. Segmenting customers, knowing what delights them in our All in One program and knowing the frustrations and problems of customers that drive them to seek something new and start that journey to become ABB E-mobility customers
  • Direct the programs GTM, the why and when in addition to the what and the how
  • Becoming the storyteller for the All in One program, what is the position in our customers' minds, how is that measured, what is the metrics for success in the program
  • Evangelize your program, finding the most meaningful messages for our customers and creating the powerful stories that influence analysts, reports, and key decision makers
  • Defining specific use cases for business segmentation
Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing Engineering, or a related discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years proven experience in product marketing, preferably B2B in a tech/platform capacity
  • Knowledge of product marketing methodologies and practices (e.g., Continuous Discovery) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assemble program intelligence thatassistswith our product positioning,identifiesgrowth opportunities, and helps us prepare for partner discussions.
  • Drive customer-facing and sales-facing messaging and positioning
  • Work at both the strategic and tactical levels on the All in One Program
  • Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
  • Define business metrics and measurement plan (OKRs)
