Job Summary
Develop and implement an organization-wide human resource strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and its current and long-term business objectives.Job Description
- Ensure that all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with the organization’s human resource strategy. These may include: recruitment; training and development; compensation/remuneration; performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; equal employment/affirmative action; human resources administration; human resource information systems; employee communications; employment/industrial/labor relations.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
- Oversees maintenance of accurate and complete personnel records. Ensures that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are followed.
- Keeps abreast of legislation affecting human resources; trains managers and monitors company policies to ensure compliance.
- Oversees preparation of job descriptions and compensation programs. Seeks incentive programs that encourage excellent performance and increase retention rates.
- Oversee on-going employment litigation and seeks solutions to reduce overall costs.
- Works with top management to set long-term staffing goals and strategies.
- Oversees training programs in context of compliance with government regulation.
- Manage the organization’s management development process by ensuring that effective systems exist across the organization.
- Makes regular reports to President and Executive Committee
- Compiles relative HR metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends with recommendations provided.

Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and/or SPHR Certification
· Over ten years of experience in human resources with management responsibilities.
· Strong business acumen and ability to partner and influence at all levels
MBA preferred
