Multiple procurement opportunities also exist within our Aftermarket Purchasing and Indirect Purchasing teams. Most opportunities are global in nature and will involve collaboration with Stellantis colleagues in all regions across the world.

Our Procurement Specialists manage all commercial terms for a specific deck of parts and develop sourcing strategies for assigned commodities ensuring that suppliers are capable of meeting Stellantis quality, technology and supply requirements. Functional responsibilities include identifying potential sources, managing quotations, and negotiating and awarding long term contracts. As a buyer, you will be expected to manage all aspects of the supplier relationship including contract maintenance, achievement of annual cost savings targets and development of supplier/commodity strategies. Ideal candidates will strive to personally drive improvement to the Purchasing organization's processes and strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or equivalent from an AACSB accredited program; Other technical degrees with business background also considered
  • A minimum 3 months of relevant purchasing experience or other disciplines that require significant negotiation/exposure to sourcing processes
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically
  • Strong communication, presentation and commodity leadership skills
  • Well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situations
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior management
  • Ability to support all aspects of the commercial relationship with the supply base and key internal stakeholders
  • Strong use of MS Office Suite/G Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / Master's degree
  • Additional experience to support more challenging decks which would reflect in more advanced Purchasing Buyer levels
  • Previous automotive related and/or global commodity experience
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Experience working with PentaSAP
