Job Description

The Global Analytics and Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Project Manager. As a member of the Team your mission is to work alongside your analytics, product and software developer partners to identify opportunities to put science into decision making.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead the coordination of analytical use cases in support of software, engineering and customer experience
  • The analytics lead within the cross-functional teams tasked with the agile management of product and service
  • Establish a process to identify, track, deliver, and communicate analytics team projects and partner tasks
  • Escalate project risks with cost/ benefit assessments and recommendations in a timely manner
  • Building trust with the software, product and engineering teams to act as a conduit of knowledge
  • Ensure analytical research and analysis is cataloged in a timely manner for all teams to access
  • Deliver presentations on analytical topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Drive a single point of view of project status across senior leadership and managers in analytics and software
  • Build trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8 years of technical project management experience within technology, software, digital or gaming industries
  • Experience in Kanban, SCRUM and or tradition waterfall methodologies
  • Expert JIRA and Confluence or other project management tracking tool experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • PMP is a plus
  • Prior experience working with big data environment and cloud services, is a plus
  • Experience within the automotive industry is a plus
